Calculate the usable window
Start with the gap between departure and arrival, then allow for entry, parking, moving supplies and the final walkthrough. A late departure reduces that gap. In a condo, building access can be just as important as the unit door code.
Check what could delay readiness
- Multiple laundry loads with no clean spare sets.
- Unreported spills, damage or heavier-than-usual cleaning.
- Locked supply storage or an unavailable access contact.
- Repairs that must finish before a room can be used.
Give one host or co-host authority to approve changed work and update the guest. A confirmed cleaning appointment and a confirmed ready time are different things; readiness depends on the condition found on arrival.
